Our team feels lucky to support them in this work through an ongoing retainer.
CSS-AK recently launched a brand new program — the 3rd Avenue Resource Center — to provide adults experiencing homelessness with access to a full range of resources and services, covering short-term needs like a shower or a phone charge, as well as long-term engagement like case management and employment support.
Our team at Cornershop worked with the CSS-AK team to format the program’s home on their website, building a new content layout. The new layout makes it easier for website visitors to learn about the program and how to access services.
In addition, we added a brand new calendar section, where providers at the center can add their availability onto the page themselves so that those seeking services have the most up-to-date information about what’s available at all times.
As CSS-AK started promoting the program, Cornershop helped set up a new tracking system. Using QR codes, we’re now able to see where the most foot traffic is coming from and how they can better allocate their resources.
Seeing the potential in this new system, we worked with CSS-AK to replicate the strategy on all of their partner programs on the site. With a wealth of data at their fingertips, their team is able to better optimize their programs and serve their community.
